Alexis Jefferson is an etiquette coach and founder of Equipped To Impact Solutions, LLC located in Houston, TX. Ms. Jefferson graduated from L.P. Etiquette in 2018, where she received her national certification in children's etiquette. She has always had a passion for improving the lives of young people by mentoring, empowering, and equipping them with the necessary skills to successfully approach any situation with poise, confidence, and decorum.

As an entrepreneur, Alexis serves as an educator and member of the 5th Ward Chamber of Commerce. She has planned and conducted ceremonies, formal dining events, workshops, and training camps for the youth.
